Throwback: POC Excursion
Hadn’t thought about this Excursion edit that POC did back in 2011 for quite a while. But someone mentioned it the other day and convinced me to go watch it again. So today it is our Daily Fave because how can an edit with Martin Soderstrom (Specialized), Danny MacAskill (Inspired Bikes) and Daniel Dhers not be?! Check out both of the POC Excursion edits below and remember to ride bikes more simply ride more bikes… Martin...
Proper Warehouse is Proper
This edit out of the Proper Bike Co warehouse actually dropped a couple months back at least. Not sure we ever posted it then but it popped up again today and it is definitely worth another watch. Such a cool look and feel to this on top of some great riding…shot and cut by Make...
Throwback: F-IT Full Video
I was happy to see that they uploaded the full length F-IT video the other day. The FIT Bike co team has changed a lot since 2001 when this dropped but they were epic back then too! Back in 2001 the team included Robbie Morales, Brian Foster, Nate Hanson, Edwin de la Rosa and Mike Aitken as well as a mix section with Aaron Bostrom, Justin Inman, Brian Yeagle and Mike Cottle. So good!...
TBT: AT’s Showdown
I know I am not the only one who misses AT’s Showdown run by Andrew Taylor. It was the perfect wrap up to the Slopestyle season. All the riders got to finish out the year hitting some massive jumps and the fans got one hell of a show!!! And since we should all have just got back home from San Francisco if AT’s was still happening I decided to throw back to the last legit version of...
All Time Low
The term classic gets thrown around a lot when people look back. But I have to day that FBM is truly responsible for a couple (at least) of the most classic mid-school videos of all time. Albert St is undeniably a classic. And I would also include “All Time Low” right next to it. I am pretty sure I wore out my first copy of it many moons ago. For those who remember this is a time to remember for those who don’t know...
Throwback: CFB OKC
After Mat Hoffman saved competitive BMX riding with his Bicycle Stunt series which paved the way for X-games, Dew Tour and others he came back with the CFB series. The Crazy Freakin’ Bikers series was the best thing happening in the early 2000s. A lot of today’s top Pros first competed as Am or Pros at a stop on the CFB. Check out two full episodes that aired on TV from the CFB in today’s Throwback… NOw check...
Yannick Throwback
I wanted to post up some throwback’s that will get you amped up on riding bike’s. Seriously watch these videos and go ride your bike. Try something new but at the same time keep it chilled. Yannick Granieri is one of those guy’s that is too good on a bike so I made him in this throwback. This first video will get you amped from the soundtrack and the riding is solid so it’s a good watch… At this...
Dew Tour Throwback
This year is the 10th anniversary of Dew Tour. And the 2014 events kick off this weekend in Ocean City, Maryland. The series that more or less took over from the VANS Triple Crown has just changed a lot over the 10 years. But not as much as the riding. or has it changed more? I couldn’t find any watchable clips from the first Dew Tour but check out a little look back on the Dew Tour in these edits…Check out the LIVE...
Canadian Beast
Jay Miron aka The Canadian Beast earned that nickname through parts like this. Two brakes, a lot of seatpost above the top tube and more crazy lines then most pro’s will ever do are all in this section from the first McNeilBMX DVD. Watch this and take notes. This how you become known as a beast on a 20″… Here is another crazy throwback from MacNeil with Gary Young stacking clips in...
