These are the types of files you can Upload:
‘mp4′, ‘m4v’, ‘webm’, ‘ogv’, ‘wmv’, ‘flv’
You can also embed/add links to videos from:
Youtube, Vimeo, DailyMotion and many other video sites
If you upload a video file you MUST add a Thumbnail :
Acceptable thumbnail formats are ‘jpg’ or ‘png’ (file extension must be in lower case)
Must be at least 1000px wide
